💗Shift Negative Beliefs About Women & Aging💗

I wish that I had more elder women pull me aside and help me understand and navigate aging. Moving through the 40's and early 50's has been a struggle and blessing at the same time.

As a result I have committed to helping all of my younger sisters make the transition easier.

One way that I I am doing this by presenting in the Global SHIFT Event & Summit that is going on until February 23rd

This is a free, online and woman-empowering experience.

I'm collaborating with my friend Lisa Hunter, an Interspiritual Minister, master sister circle facilitator and founder of Free Your Menopause.

She recently led women from all over the world in a global ceremony to ditch negative beliefs about women and aging, then tap into the deeper power that awakens in midlife. The replay is now part of the summit.
