🎧Use the hypnosis tracks when you have nothing to do and aren't operating any equipment. I recommend listening to the tracks first thing in the morning or just before bedtime. It's best to not fall asleelp but if you do, that is not a problem. You will get a better outcome by just being in an hypnotic state over sleeping but just using the tracks is what is most important.
