I created the Spiritual Foundations Class to help those new to spirituality move past confusion and get an overview of spiritual foundations and principles. These principles are essential in understanding how to move forward in your learning and setting up your spiritual practices.

I have been a spiritual seeker since 1994 and have studied several spiritual texts, learned from multiple teachers, and developed my own spiritual practices in that time.

I know that it can take time to figure out the basic knowledge in spirituality outside of religion, so I have condensed my years of study into this audio course.

My philosophy is that spirituality is simple though we have infinite possibilities in it. So know that I have made this as easy to understand as possible so that you can begin to use it right away.
